ORDERS
Can I change/cancel my order?

We work with a local delivery services to fulfil your online orders, which means that we will try our best to cancel or make changes to your order, however there is no guarantee. Please email us at aps.uae@hotmail.com or WhatsApp us in this number 050-878-3182 and we will let you know if changes or cancellations can be made. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes - APS products make perfect gifts for any occasion; however, we love to include gift notes with online orders, we can do that by messaging us through WhatsApp.

SHIPPING
Where and When do you deliver?

We are only able to deliver all the Emirates throughout the UAE. This means that we cannot deliver internationally.
Live in the Abu Dhabi? Try to shop our products in person, please visit our shop located in Al Mina, Abu Dhabi.
Our delivery takes the orders every Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday. Next day delivery.

How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow 1 day for your order to be processed and shipped. Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, may take 1-2 days to arrive, depending on location.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange my APS product?

If you are unsatisfied with your APS product, please contact us through WhatsApp and we will help get the process started.
All returns must be processed within 24hrs of receiving your order and require proof of purchase (e.g. your invoice order number, order confirmation email, store receipt, etc).
If your order arrived damaged or if you are experiencing an issue with your product, please include photos and a detailed description in your email, and we will get started on your exchange or replacement order ASAP.
Want to return your product in our shop location? We would be happy to help in-person and accept returns for exchanges and replacements only and require proof of purchase.
Exceptions: we do not accept returns or offer refunds on discounted or the items, gift cards, or any of our products.
