Can I return or exchange my APS product?
If you are unsatisfied with your APS product, please contact us through WhatsApp and we will help get the process started.
All returns must be processed within 24hrs of receiving your order and require proof of purchase (e.g. your invoice order number, order confirmation email, store receipt, etc).
If your order arrived damaged or if you are experiencing an issue with your product, please include photos and a detailed description in your email, and we will get started on your exchange or replacement order ASAP.
Want to return your product in our shop location? We would be happy to help in-person and accept returns for exchanges and replacements only and require proof of purchase.
Exceptions: we do not accept returns or offer refunds on discounted or the items, gift cards, or any of our products.
